3.1 Account Creation

3.3 Children's Accounts

• Parents must create and manage accounts for children under 13

4.2 Game-Specific Rules

When using our games (including Ludo multiplayer, Fashion Dress-Up, and educational games), you additionally agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized modifications
• Engage in real money trading of virtual items
• Create multiple accounts for unfair advantages
• Share inappropriate content in chat features
• Impersonate other players or staff
• Exploit bugs instead of reporting them
• Engage in win-trading or match manipulation
• Use offensive usernames or profile pictures
• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Share personal information of other users

4.3 Multiplayer Game Conduct (Ludo Online)

For our multiplayer games, you must:

• Play fairly and respect all opponents
• Complete matches you start (no intentional disconnections)
• Use chat features responsibly and respectfully
• Report inappropriate behavior through in-game reporting
• Accept that game results are final and binding
• Understand that we monitor games for fair play

Violations may result in:

• Warning messages
• Temporary chat restrictions
• Temporary or permanent game bans
• Loss of virtual items or progress
• Account termination

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Haloshine Technologies or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Client Work

For custom development services:

• Intellectual property rights for commissioned work will be defined in separate service agreements
• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Client-provided materials remain the property of the client

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through our services ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

6.2 Content Standards

User Content must not:

7. Payment Terms and Google Play Billing

7.1 Pricing

Prices for our paid apps and in-app purchases are listed in your local currency through Google Play Store. Prices include applicable taxes as determined by Google.

7.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Google Play Store
• You must have a valid Google Play payment method
• Google's payment terms apply to all transactions
• We do not store your payment information

7.3 In-App Purchases

Our games may offer in-app purchases for:

• Virtual currency (coins, gems, etc.)
• Power-ups and boosters
• Additional game content or levels
• Ad removal options
• Character customization items

Important In-App Purchase Terms:

• All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money
• Virtual items cannot be transferred between accounts
• Unused virtual items expire with account deletion
• We may modify virtual item prices at any time
• Parents can disable in-app purchases in device settings

7.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Google Play Store according to their policies
• Generally, apps can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase
• In-app purchases are typically non-refundable
• For refund requests, contact Google Play Support
• Refunded purchases will result in loss of associated content

7.5 Subscriptions

If we offer subscription services:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Cancel anytime through Google Play Store
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be notified in advance

9. Disclaimers

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haloshine Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

15. Google Play Store Terms

15.1 Additional Terms

By downloading our apps from Google Play Store, you also agree to:

• Your use is subject to your agreement with Google

15.2 App Permissions

Our apps require certain permissions to function properly. By installing our apps, you grant the requested permissions, which may include:

• We're not responsible for functionality on rooted or modified devices
